YOU, OR AN AUTHORIZED PERSON, MUST SIGN FOR YOUR ORDER UPON ARRIVAL. THIS ENSURES YOUR PURCHASES ARE SAFELY DELIVERED TO YOU. IF YOU ARE UNAVAILABLE WHEN YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVES, FEDEX OR UPS WILL LEAVE A RE-DELIVERY SLIP.

A NOTE ABOUT SIZING

All of our dresses are sized in US sizes according to each designer’s specifications; therefore, the size you normally wear may not be the size you would wear in a dress from our site. Before you choose your size, we recommend looking at the size chart for the dress you are interested in to make sure you are choosing the best size for your measurements.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your order can be cancelled at no charge prior to processing.*

In-Stock Items
If you wish to cancel an in-stock item from your order after it has been processed,* a 25% restocking fee will be applied and deducted from your payment.

Pre-Order Items 

If you wish to cancel a pre-order item from your order after it has been processed,* a 50% restocking fee will be applied and deducted from your payment.

Special Order Items 

Special Orders are unable to be cancelled as these items are cut specifically for you.
